60 seconds each exercise

  1. Burpees with DBs
  2. Squat jumps with one DB to the chest
  3. Push up with a weight plate on the back
  4. Standing single leg DB RDL each leg
  5. Seated on floor DB shoulder press
  6. Barbell hang cleans
  7. Jump rope
  8. Leg lifts hold heavy MB

Cardio

30 minutes on HIITMILL or Stairmaster
