Circuit 1
- Half squat to full squats
- Stationary lunges
- Standing calf raises with weight
Circuit 2
- Wall push-ups or bent knee push-ups
- Wall run
- Floor dips (triceps)
Circuit 3
- Up downs (standing to push up position back standing)
- Lawn mower DB pulls or bent-over DB rows
- In place jog
Cardio
Complete 15 minute walk outside
