Workout

Complete 3 rounds of each circuit
25 seconds for each exercise

Circuit 1
  1. Half squat to full squats
  2. Stationary lunges
  3. Standing calf raises with weight
Circuit 2
  1. Wall push-ups or bent knee push-ups
  2. Wall run
  3. Floor dips (triceps)
Circuit 3
  1. Up downs (standing to push up position back standing)
  2. Lawn mower DB pulls or bent-over DB rows
  3. In place jog

Cardio

Complete 15 minute walk outside
