60 seconds butt kicks

60 seconds jumping jacks

60 seconds ab bicycle

60 seconds glute swings

Workout

3 sets, 10 reps each set

50 indoor rowers between each exercise

  1. Cable push downs
  2. Hanging knee raises on the pull-up bar
  3. DB front squats (45lb)
  4. Standing DB press half range to full
  5. Push-ups with hands-on DBs
