ABOUT THE PROGRAM

At Perfected Bodies Gym, our Youth Agility Program helps kids improve athleticism while staying active and having fun in a positive, motivating environment.

Each 1-hour session includes:
✅ Agility drills
✅ Conditioning
✅ Speed & coordination work
✅ Competitive games
✅ Team-building activities

Whether your child plays sports or simply needs a healthy, active outlet this summer, our coaches create an exciting atmosphere that keeps kids engaged and moving.

PARENT GYM ACCESS OPTION

Parents may purchase a special gym access pass during youth agility sessions.

$50 One-Time Parent Pass

Includes access to:

✅ Bikes
✅ Gym equipment

Access is only valid during scheduled youth agility sessions.
