Perfected Bodies was built on a simple belief: fitness should be personal, intentional and centered around people — not crowded gym floors.

A coaching company that grew into a gym — without losing what made it personal.
Perfected Bodies began as a personal training company in Denton, Texas. David started by training clients outdoors at a local park before expanding into rented spaces inside local gyms.
Lauren later joined the company as a personal trainer after years working as a veterinary technician. Her ability to connect with people became an important part of the culture and client experience.
In September 2025, David and Lauren officially became gym owners together with the launch of Perfected Bodies Gym — a private facility designed to deliver the coaching-first environment the company had been building toward from the beginning.
The space changed over the years. The standard didn't.
Perfected Bodies begins as a personal training company in Denton, with clients being coached outdoors at a local park.
Training moves into rented spaces inside local gyms while the company continues building around accountability, education and personalized coaching.
Lauren joins Perfected Bodies as a personal trainer and helps strengthen the client experience and relationship-focused culture.
The company becomes a full private gym — giving the team its own environment to deliver the coaching experience it had been developing for years.
These aren't words for the wall. They're the standard we want clients and members to feel when they walk through the door.
Coaching means helping people move forward with intention. We want every client to understand what they're working toward and why their plan matters.
Progress isn't always linear. We believe support, communication and accountability matter just as much when things are difficult as when everything is going well.
The goal is bigger than a short-term transformation. We want people to become stronger, healthier and more confident in a way they can sustain.
Every trainer brings a different background, personality and area of experience. Open any profile below to learn more about the person behind the coaching.
Helping new members feel welcomed, supported and confident from the very beginning.
Lauryn is passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident. Over the last several years, she has built her coaching approach around one central belief: consistency is what creates meaningful transformation.
In both her leadership and coaching roles, Lauryn enjoys helping new members feel comfortable from day one. Her goal is to create a personal experience that helps each person build sustainable habits, improve strength and health, and feel good about the process instead of feeling overwhelmed by it.
To Lauryn, training is not simply a workout on the calendar. It is about finding a routine that fits your life well enough for confidence, wellness and progress to become part of everyday living.
Health-first coaching focused on movement, foundational strength and habits that last.
Brian found his way into coaching after years of physical labor left him feeling beat up and looking for a healthier direction. Fitness helped rebuild not just his body, but the way he looked at his own life and what he was capable of changing.
Today, he especially enjoys working with people who feel stuck, intimidated by fitness culture, or simply tired of overcomplicated advice. His approach starts with health, quality movement and foundational strength, then builds habits that can realistically last.
Outside the gym, Brian enjoys being outdoors, live music and time with good people. His mindset is rooted in the belief that where you are now does not have to be where you stay.
Science-minded coaching across strength, bodybuilding, powerlifting and endurance.
Moy has been training with Perfected Bodies since 2018 and has spent more than a decade exploring different areas of fitness. His own training has included bodybuilding, powerlifting and endurance running, giving him a broad base of experience to draw from.
He enjoys learning the science behind training and nutrition and using that information to build thoughtful programs around each client's goals. That may mean adding muscle, improving performance, building endurance or finding ways to train around past injuries and movement limitations.
Moy's goal is to help clients make real progress while keeping them strong, capable and moving well for the long term.
Decades of fitness, nutrition and competition experience with a strong focus on longevity.
Gabriella holds a PhD in Psychology and has spent more than two decades in the fitness industry as a trainer, professional bodybuilder and nutritionist. Her own career has included competing on national and international bodybuilding stages, giving her firsthand experience with high-level preparation, discipline and performance.
Her nutrition work has included performance-focused strategies for bodybuilders and athletes across multiple sports, including tennis and swimming, with an emphasis on strength, endurance and recovery.
More recently, Gabriella has focused much of her coaching on postmenopausal women and seniors. She builds personalized programs around strength, balance, flexibility, longevity and confidence, with the goal of helping every client recognize more of their physical and mental potential.
Performance-focused coaching rooted in hypertrophy, functional strength and athletic discipline.
Tyrek has spent several years training with Perfected Bodies and brings a strong performance mindset to his coaching. His programming places particular emphasis on hypertrophy, functional strength and developing a body that performs well in both sport and everyday life.
His background as a competitive Muay Thai practitioner and strength and conditioning coach gives him firsthand experience with athletic discipline, conditioning and progressive challenge. He brings that experience into each session while adjusting the work to the individual in front of him.
Tyrek's goal is straightforward: help clients perform better, feel better and look better, whatever their starting point or specific goal may be.
Helping people build strength, confidence and realistic habits they can carry into everyday life.
Nathalie is a personal trainer, mother of two and Denton native whose relationship with fitness started early in life. Her own journey eventually took her into bodybuilding competition, where she gained a deeper appreciation for discipline, resilience and structured training.
Today, she uses those lessons to help clients build strength, confidence and habits that can last. Nathalie also believes nutrition should be balanced and realistic. Her own pescatarian lifestyle reflects her interest in approaches that support both physical health and mental well-being.
Her goal is to help each client become a stronger, healthier and more confident version of themselves without losing sight of the long-term picture.
Movement, performance and confidence across strength, athletics and youth development.
Isaac is a personal trainer and youth agility coach who believes good coaching starts with meeting people where they are and giving them a path toward where they want to go — physically and mentally.
His background includes powerlifting, acrobatics, multiple sports and dance. That range of experience gives him a unique movement perspective and allows him to blend strength, muscle building, flexibility, coordination and athletic performance in his coaching.
Whether he is working with an adult or a young athlete, Isaac wants clients to leave training with a stronger body, a more capable mindset and greater confidence in what they can do.
Strength, functional fitness and boxing-inspired discipline.
Brian is a boxer and personal trainer who enjoys helping people build strength both physically and mentally. Boxing taught him discipline, focus and resilience, and those lessons continue to shape the way he coaches.
His training style combines hypertrophy and functional fitness, keeping sessions challenging, effective and engaging. He works with beginners as well as experienced gym members, adjusting the session to the person's level while still giving them something to work toward.
Brian believes progress comes from showing up, staying consistent and continuing to fight for a better version of yourself — one round at a time.
Helping members feel welcomed, comfortable and confident from the moment they walk in.
Andres believes fitness can be valuable for anyone, regardless of where they begin or what their goals look like. His own experience taught him how strongly physical activity can affect both the body and the mind.
Home workouts and time in the gym became places where he could focus, reset and find balance when life felt overwhelming. The positive impact that fitness had on him is what motivated him to become more involved and help other people experience those benefits for themselves.
At Perfected Bodies, Andres wants members to feel supported and comfortable as they build more strength, confidence and clarity through their own fitness journey.
Lifelong fitness experience across endurance, kickboxing and bodybuilding.
Rachael is a wife, mother of two and lifelong fitness enthusiast whose athletic journey began as a teenager. Over the years, that journey has included races, triathlons, kickboxing and bodybuilding competition.
Those experiences helped shape her passion for movement, strength and personal growth. Since becoming a personal trainer in 2019, she has found coaching to be one of the most rewarding parts of her own fitness story.
Rachael enjoys helping other people recognize their own strength and confidence. Outside the gym, she enjoys traveling, summertime adventures and painting.
Positive, encouraging coaching built around better movement, progressive challenge and helping people discover what they’re capable of.
Jake is a personal trainer, husband, dad and baseball coach who believes fitness should help people feel stronger, more capable and excited to keep coming back.
His faith plays an important role in why he coaches, and he brings energy, encouragement and fun to every session — whether the focus is strength, conditioning, mobility or trying something new.
His philosophy is simple: move well first, then progressively challenge yourself. He believes a great workout should push you without breaking you down, leaving you thinking, “That was tough… but I did it!”
Before becoming a trainer, Jake spent more than 20 years as a chef, so he knows how to bring the heat. Helping people build confidence and realize what they are capable of is what makes coaching rewarding for him.
You should be challenged without feeling judged.
Our goal is to create a gym where members know the team, coaches know their clients and people can train hard without feeling like they're just another number.
Tour the gym, meet the team and tell us what you're trying to accomplish. We'll help you figure out the right way to get started.
