1. Download Your Apps

🔵 Kisi Door App

  • Unlock the front door with your phone.

  • You'll receive an email from Kisi with setup instructions after joining.

🔴 Perfected Bodies Gym App (Black Background)

Search "Perfected Bodies Gym" in the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Use this app to:

  • Check in with your barcode

  • Book group classes

  • View your schedule

  • Manage your membership

⚪ Perfected Bodies App (White Background – Personal Training Clients Only)

Use this app to:

  • Access your custom workouts

  • Track your progress

  • Message your trainer

2. Check In Every Visit

Open the Perfected Bodies Gym App, tap More, and scan your barcode at the front desk.

3. Unlock the Gym

Use the Kisi App to unlock the front door anytime your membership allows access.

4. Book Your Classes

If you're a Group Training member, reserve your classes through the Gym App at least 12 hours in advance.

5. Complete Your Workouts

Personal Training clients should complete assigned workouts inside the Perfected Bodies App between sessions.

📋 Gym Policies

Group Training

  • Reserve classes at least 12 hours in advance

  • Cancel at least 12 hours before class

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $10 fee

Personal Training

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session.

Membership Changes & Cancellations

A 30-day notice is required for:

  • Membership cancellations

  • Membership freezes

  • Account changes

Please note:

  • Billing continues during the 30-day notice period.

  • We cannot accept cancellations by phone, email, text, or in person.

Freeze Policy

Every membership includes one FREE 30-day freeze each calendar year.

Additional freezes:

  • Gym Membership — $10/month

  • Personal Training — $49/month

Freeze requests must be submitted at least 5 days before your next billing date.

Paid-In-Full Accounts

Paid-in-full memberships and training packages do not automatically renew.

When you're ready to continue, simply contact our team and we'll help you get started again.

Annual Facility Improvement Fee

All recurring memberships include a $49 Annual Facility Improvement Fee, automatically drafted every 12 months.

This helps us continue investing in:

  • New equipment

  • Facility upgrades

  • Repairs

  • Member experience

Past Due Accounts

Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 5 days without an approved payment arrangement may have facility access temporarily suspended until the balance is brought current.

🏋️ Gym Rules

Please help us keep Perfected Bodies clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

  • Members only (no unauthorized guests)

  • No outside trainers

  • Scan in every visit

  • Re-rack all weights

  • Wipe down equipment after use

  • Wear appropriate workout attire and athletic shoes

  • Respect other members, staff, and equipment

  • Please do not drop or slam weights

Failure to follow gym policies may result in suspension or termination of membership.
